Fan3/5

The pastor was too strict. His son has weak legs but wants to play pro baseball. I was cheering for the boy the whole time. But it's long, the middle is slow, and it feels like other sports movies. The dad was also too hard on his son, and it was not easy to watch.

The Hill shares the true story of Ricky Hill, a young baseball player whose talent is challenged by a serious injury, family expectations, and the pressure to give up the game he loves. As professional scouts begin noticing his ability, Ricky has to decide how far he’s willing to go to pursue his dream. Also, It’s a story about faith, perseverance, family, and chasing a dream even when life isn't easy. Very nice movie to watch with Teens and family.
