Movie Knight exists to help parents pick movies with confidence. It also exists to create work.
Our Pathway team includes BYU-Pathway students and graduates across 15 countries — people earning a degree online while supporting their families, often in places where good jobs are scarce. Working alongside AI tools, they research and review each film, check it against what parents actually care about, and translate the guides so families around the world can use them.
We don't run a charity. We run a business that hires. Every time you read a guide, buy the book, or subscribe, you're paying for someone's work, not funding a donation. That's the point: self-reliance comes from a paycheck, and we'd rather provide one than a handout.
Movie Knight is a property of Pearl 27, a marketing company built on the same idea — a global team of students and graduates doing real work for real clients.
