To that end an whole industry exists providing scary monsters to get the youngsters to bellow. A security breach sees their factory overrun by toddlers and boss "Waternoose" is terrified it will ruin the business. They all have to be rounded up by the pest controllers and returned home. The cast and characters are what sets this above the majority of the studio's other work, with so many memorable ones involved. Monsters, Inc. is such a fun movie, but I especially enjoyed how it turns something that seems frightening into a story about friendship and compassion. Sulley and Mike’s relationship with Boo brings so much heart to the film. I loved the message that kindness can completely change the way we see something we once feared.
I watched this movie several times. I learned lessons about the importance of being honest and finding solutions as a team. I highly recommend this movie. After watching it tell me what you have learned.
